Indus makes its own copper heating elements in Bahadurgarh, the part that turns two million water heaters a year into hot water. Made on site, they are matched to each tank, rated for Indian mains, and tested with the heater they go into.

- 2 kW elements for storage heaters, 3 kW for instant
- Rated 220 to 240 V, 50 to 60 Hz, for Indian mains
- Every element tested in the finished heater before dispatch
